Test Session Information and Policy

 

In order to test on a DuPage FSC test session, the skater must be a member of the United States Figure Skating Association in good standing.

Test sessions are open to all skaters with priority to DuPage FSC members for the first 7 days on a first come, first served basis. Test sessions are open for registration 30 days prior to an announced date.

Registrations for test sessions are processed online via EntryEeze.

    General Guidelines
  • Test Sessions open for registration 30 days prior to the test date
  • Only Members are eligible to sign up in the first 7 days
  • Non Members are eligible to sign up beginning on the 8th day
  • Registration will close 14 days prior to test date, or sooner if full.
  • There are no waitlists
  • There are no transfers to different test dates
  • Skaters and their coaches will be emailed their test time 7 days prior to the session
  • Skaters registering for tests may be placed on the schedule at any time during the duration of the test session. Please be advised that specific scheduling requests cannot be accommodated.
  • Refunds issued by DuPage FSC follow the credit card banking institution policy and are subject to their rules and will be issued after the test date

    DuPage FSC Members:
  • Log into your membership account and select the desired test session
  • Sign up for members ONLY begins the first day the test registration opens for (7) seven consecutive days on a first come, first served basis after which other member club skaters may register on a first come first serve basis until full
  • No permission letters are required
  • Review Coaches Approval below verifying test level

    Non - Members:
  • Registrations for test sessions are processed online
  • Proceed to the non–members section and select the desired test session (upper left corner of main screen). This is only visible if test session is open for registration.
  • Registration is permitted on the 8th day of an available registration date on a first come, first served basis until full. All registrations will close 14 days prior to test date, or sooner if filled.
  • Permission / Membership letters (Out Of Club Authorization) are required and MUST be emailed at the time of registration and no later than 24 hours after registration to: testing@dupagefsc.org
  • Out of club skaters who do not provide this letter electronically to the test chair will be dropped from the test session and a refund minus a $5.00 administration fee will be issued after the test date
  • Non - members are required to pay an out of club fee of $30.00 (up to 3 tests) that occur on the same session. An additional fee of $30.00 will apply when adding a test to the same session on the same date for re-registering.
  • Review Coaches Approval below verifying test level

    Coaches Approval:
  • All coaches listed on the skaters test registration will be notified of a skater's sign up and test level.
  • Coaches have 24 hours to verify if the test level is incorrect, otherwise the skater will forfeit the registration and be removed from the sign up list. Send verification email to: testing@dupagefsc.org
  • No email verification is necessary if the test level sign up is correct
  • Coaches are encouraged to become Global account members of EntryEEze (no fee) to have faster access to all testing information

    Refund Policy:
  • A full refund will be issued only when a skater emails a cancellation request to the Test Chair no later than 14 days at midnight prior to the test session date to: testing@dupagefsc.org
  • There will be NO refunds, for any reason (including medical), after the cancellation deadline unless the session is canceled. Refunds issued by DuPage FSC follow the credit card banking institution policy and are subject to their rules and will be issued after the test date.
